The official time at which you can have your room at your disposal is from 15:00 hours. However, your room may be available earlier depending on availability upon arrival. In case you arrive before the check-in time and your room is not available, you can check in, leave your luggage in the luggage room, enjoy all the facilities of the hotel including your lunch service if included until your room is available.
Check-out time is at 12 noon. If you wish to remain at the hotel after leaving your room at 12 noon, you may leave your luggage in storage and enjoy the hotel facilities. If you would like to keep your room until 6:00 pm, I can check availability at reception. This service has an extra charge of €30 until 3:00 pm and €50 until 6:00 pm.

One of the advantages of booking through our website is a free transfer from Alicante airport to the hotel for stays of at least 8 nights. BENICALDEA Spa & Thay Massage. It is Spain's first urban spa and the largest in Benidorm, located in the Ambassador 1 hotel. A place to relax and unwind: Thai massages, water circuit, saunas, hot and cold pools and much more.
Capacity is limited. Reservations can be made at the hotel reception or directly at Benicaldea.

Bikinis, swimming costumes and bare midriffs are not allowed outside the pool area. In the restaurant, during dinner, it is compulsory for men to wear long trousers during winter time. During Summer dress shorts are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. If you are a smoker, you can only smoke on the terrace of your room. All rooms have a terrace.
Most rooms have two beds, so if you prefer two beds, we will most likely be able to confirm this for you. If, on the other hand, you prefer a double bed, please send your request to recep1@hotelesbenidorm.com or recep2@hotelesbenidorm.com. We will take note of your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
All double rooms are equipped with a shower. Only the family rooms have a bathtub.
The views. Standard rooms overlook Derramador Street. Rooms with a pool view are oriented towards and overlook the pool.
If you have booked a standard room and wish to change to a room with a pool view upon arrival, the price is €5 per person per day.

The Ambassador Playa 1 hotel has 3 adapted rooms with pool view and Ambassador Playa 2 has 5 standard adapted rooms. These rooms are equipped with a bathroom fully adapted for wheelchair users, with a wide door, shower access with grab bar, raised toilet, etc.
All the facilities are wheelchair accessible, including the pool terrace. Inside the swimming pool there is no system to facilitate access.

This service is only available upon arrival. Advance reservations cannot be made, as scooter parking is limited. Please check with reception for charging costs. Scooters are not permitted inside the hotel.
All services are buffet. Drinks are not included. Except water, juices and coffees included in the breakfast service.
