The Neguri Gane was built in 2002 and at that time became the tallest building in Benidorm, but its title was short-lived, as the Gran Hotel Bali, which measures 186 metres, was built that same year and took the top spot from it. Today, the Neguri Gane is the sixth tallest skyscraper in Spain.
Kronos Building
The Kronos Building is a residential skyscraper. With a height of 145 metres, it consists of 41 slabs of solid slabs.
